1. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital key or software license has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Order Cancellation If you need to cancel your order before the product has been delivered, please contact us immediately at support@essentialskeys.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Refunds Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not yet been delivered. Once a digital product has been sent, no refunds will be provided.
