Accepted payment methods

Credit and debit cards
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card details are processed securely by our payment partners and are never stored on our servers.

PayPal
You can pay using your PayPal account. In many cases you can also check out with PayPal as a guest, without creating a PayPal account.

Other payment methods
For business or bulk orders, we may accept bank transfer or other custom payment arrangements. Please contact us before placing a large order if you need this option.

Currency

All prices on EssentialsKeys are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Payment security

  • All payments are processed over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL).

  • We work with trusted, PCI DSS compliant payment providers.

  • EssentialsKeys (SWIRLPULSE LLC) does not store your full card number or CVV code.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken at the time you confirm your order at checkout. Once the payment is approved, your digital license key is generated and sent to you by email.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Check that all card details (number, expiry date, CVC, ZIP/postcode) are correct.

  • Make sure you have sufficient funds or contact your bank to approve the transaction.

  • Try an alternative payment method if available, or contact us for assistance.
