1. Eligible Refund Cases

  • The license key is invalid and cannot be replaced

  • A duplicate key was mistakenly issued

All technical issues must be verified by our support team before refund approval.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect version selected by the customer

  • Compatibility issues clearly stated in the product description

  • Failure to read system requirements

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent service restriction

4. Refund Processing
