Refund & Returns

1. General Policy

At Essentials Keys, we sell digital products (software license keys) delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product key is invalid or not working
  • The product was not delivered within the promised time
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • The product is incompatible with your system (please check before purchase)
  • You changed your mind after receiving the key
  • The product has already been activated or used

4. Replacement Policy

If your key is not working, we will first attempt to:

  • Provide a replacement key
  • Offer technical support to resolve the issue

A refund will only be issued if no valid replacement can be provided.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Proof (e.g., screenshots if the key is not working)

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent suspension from our service
  • Refusal of future orders

We encourage customers to contact our support team first for resolution.
