Because we sell digital software licenses delivered electronically, our refund policy differs from physical goods.
1. Digital Product Notice
All products sold on Essentials Keys are:
Delivered digitally via email or secure dashboard
Non-physical items
Considered “used” once the license key has been revealed or delivered
Due to the irreversible nature of digital keys, returns are not accepted once a key has been successfully delivered and activated.
2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement
You may qualify for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
The license key is proven invalid or non-functional.
You contact us within 7 days of purchase.
The key has not been successfully activated.
You provide sufficient evidence (screenshots or error messages).
If the issue is verified, we will provide:
A replacement key
ORA full refund if replacement is unavailable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery.
Incorrect product purchased by the customer.
System incompatibility clearly stated in the product description.
Activation errors caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
Attempted resale or sharing of the key.
