This policy applies to digital software license keys purchased from EssentialsKeys (SWIRLPULSE LLC) and delivered electronically.
Nature of products:

All products are digital license keys, delivered via email and/or your account dashboard.

No physical items are shipped.
30‑day refund window:

You may request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date if the key cannot be activated and we confirm the issue after support troubleshooting.

To qualify, you must cooperate with our support team (e.g., provide screenshots of the error and activation steps taken).
Cases typically eligible for refund:

The license key is found to be defective or invalid, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

A duplicate purchase was made by mistake and at least one of the keys is unused and unactivated.
Cases typically not eligible for refund:

The license has already been successfully activated or used.

Incompatibility caused by not meeting system requirements or using the wrong edition (for example, buying a Windows key for a different version or region than your device).

Buyer’s remorse, including change of mind after receiving a working key.
Process:

Contact us at contact@essentialskeys.com within 30 days with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and may provide a replacement key or refund, at our discretion and in line with applicable law.

Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
