Know exactly what you are buying
Before checkout, review the product title, publisher, edition, operating system, device or user count, license term, purchase type, language, and region. A one-time purchase, perpetual license, annual license, and subscription are different rights and are identified separately when applicable.
Publisher license terms
Software remains governed by the applicable publisher's end-user license agreement, activation rules, system requirements, and territorial restrictions. A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the software. It grants only the usage rights described by the product listing and publisher terms.
Authenticity and brand references
We do not permit counterfeit, cracked, pirated, DRM-circumvention, or unauthorized copied software. Brand names, product artwork, and trademarks are used to identify the relevant publisher's product. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, their use does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, or an official partnership.
Report a concern
If you believe a listing contains inaccurate licensing information or infringes intellectual-property rights, email contact@essentialskeys.com. Include the product URL, the issue, and supporting documentation. We may pause or correct a listing while we investigate.
