Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Essentials Keys at essentialskeys.com. We sell electronically delivered software licenses and digital products. They should be read with the product page, Returns & Refunds Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
Eligibility and order acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and provide accurate billing and contact information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; a contract is accepted when payment is authorized and we confirm or begin digital delivery. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailable supply, sanctions or export restrictions, publisher territory restrictions, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount charged.
Prices, currency and taxes
The product page and checkout show the price and currency before payment. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax is calculated or displayed as required for the buyer's location. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by their bank or payment provider that are not collected by us.
Digital delivery
No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is sent to the checkout email after payment confirmation, subject to any review described in our Digital Delivery Policy. You are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders.
License and permitted use
Your purchase grants only the license rights stated on the product page and by the software publisher. Unless the listing says otherwise, the license is for the specified number of users or devices and may be restricted by edition, operating system, language, region, term, or use type. You may not resell, share, publish, transfer, duplicate, reverse engineer, or use a license beyond the rights granted by the publisher and applicable law.
Compatibility
Review system requirements and compatibility details before checkout. If information is unclear, contact us before purchase with your device, operating system version, country or region, and intended use. Your statutory rights remain available if a product is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied as agreed.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Refunds and cancellations follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. For jurisdictions that provide a withdrawal period for digital content, immediate performance may begin only as permitted by applicable law. Any valid mandatory right takes priority over a conflicting part of these terms.

For delivery, activation, or order help, contact contact@essentialskeys.com. Please contact us first so we can investigate a delivery or product issue. This does not limit your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with your payment provider.
Governing law
These sale terms are governed by the laws applicable in Michigan, United States, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in the buyer's country or region.
