Delivery time

Return policy
Items that are normally not refundable
- A key or entitlement that has been successfully redeemed, activated, or used.
- A compatible product where the customer selected an incompatible device, operating system, language, region, or edition despite clear product-page information.
- A request caused by failure to follow installation or activation instructions when support can still resolve the issue.
- A request involving fraud, abuse, resale, transfer, or unauthorized use.
These limits do not exclude remedies required by applicable consumer law for faulty, misdescribed, non-delivered, or non-conforming digital content.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email contact@essentialskeys.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, product name, reason for the request, and any relevant error message. Do not publish or send the full license key unless our support team specifically asks for a secure verification step.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process approved refunds as promptly as reasonably possible. After the refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the credit. Because our products are digital, no return shipping fee or restocking fee applies.
